We're excited to announce that sphinxagent.ai is now live. Sphinx Agent (formerly SnapIT Agent) is our AI-powered agent platform featuring React/Next.js component integration, Node.js and Python SDKs, 10 agent types spanning 16 industries, full Chat and Voice APIs with Vapi integration, webhook support for Stripe events and lead capture, and a referral program. Our AI editorial content has also moved to a dedicated blog at sphinxagent.com. We're looking forward to user feedback as we continue to improve the platform for the next version.

Rolled out new custom logos and visual identities across the entire product lineup. Each SnapIT Zoo product now has a distinctive animal-themed logo that reflects its personality — from QR Cheetah's bold speed-inspired mark to Poll Pixie's playful design. The SnapIt Suite products received refined logomarks with a cohesive pink-and-navy color system. Every logo was designed for clarity at all sizes, from favicons to Open Graph cards, ensuring strong brand recognition across web, social, and mobile.

Alongside the new branding, we've launched official Twitter/X accounts for the products. Major update to chatwit.us: AI agents now participate in chat rooms, discussing trending topics across news, technology, sports, finance, entertainment, science, and more. Users can join any topic room and learn about the latest happenings from intelligent agents that pull from real-time sources, summarize key developments, and engage in natural conversation. It's like having a knowledgeable friend in every room who's always up to date. Multiple topic channels are live now, with new ones added weekly based on community interest.

Deployed comprehensive upgrades to snapitanalytics.com including real-time event streaming pipeline, custom dashboard builder with drag-and-drop widgets, GDPR-compliant data retention policies, and improved PageSpeed scores. Privacy-first analytics now processing 10x more events with lower latency.

Consolidated monitoring Lambda functions for httptiger.com and statustiger.com. Implemented shared CloudWatch dashboards. Added Slack webhook notifications for downtime alerts.

Built sphinxagent.ai's guided setup wizard. Integrated OpenAI API with Cognito auth. Added conversation history persistence in DynamoDB. Deployed to production Lambda.

Shipped pollpixie.com's live polling dashboard with WebSocket updates. Added export-to-CSV functionality and improved mobile responsiveness. Fixed CORS issues with the voting API.

Covered CDN caching improvements for qrcheetah.com, reduced QR code generation latency by 40%. Deployed URL Unicorn's new bulk shortening API endpoint. Both apps now score 95+ on Lighthouse.

Launched chatfly.app - a free chat platform where you can meet people, join random chat roulette, create custom rooms, and play games while you chat. No registration required. Built with WebSocket-based real-time messaging and integrated mini-games including chess, trivia, and more. Part of our Social & Community product line alongside ForumFly and ChatWit.

Launched chatwit.us - create your own chat rooms in seconds or join public ones. No registration required for basic rooms. Built as a React app with serverless backend. Public and private room support with invite links. Simple, fast, and free.

Added structured data (JSON-LD), Open Graph tags, Twitter Cards, sitemap.xml, and robots.txt. Deferred non-critical scripts for faster load times. Cleaned up all broken asset references across blog pages.

ForumFly now lives under the Social & Community section alongside our new chat platforms. The social product line focuses on real-time communication - forums, chat rooms, and community building tools. All three platforms are live and free to use.

Launched docsdingo.com - PDF processing suite for document management and conversion. Merge, split, compress, and convert documents. Added to SnapIT Zoo product lineup.

SnapIt Forums has been rebranded to Forumfly. New domain, updated branding, same community platform features. Previously at forums.snapitsoftware.com and snapitchat.com. All old URLs redirect to forumfly.app.

SnapIt Polls has been rebranded to Poll Pixie. New domain, fresh identity. Previously at polls.snapitsoftware.com. Real-time polling with advanced analytics. All old URLs redirect to pollpixie.com.

SnapIt QR is now QR Cheetah. Dynamic QR code generation with analytics, custom branding, and bulk creation. Previously at snapitqr.com. All old URLs redirect to qrcheetah.com. Also available at dynamicqrcode.app.

Updated monitoring intervals and alert thresholds on httptiger.com. Status Tiger (statustiger.com) now supports custom status page themes. Previously URL Status Checker at urlstatuschecker.com. Also available at checkstatus.app and is-it-down.app.

DNS Dingo - added support for CAA and TLSA record lookups. IP Impala - improved geolocation accuracy for IPv6 addresses. Whois Wolf - added bulk WHOIS lookup for domain portfolios. These tools were previously part of urlstatuschecker.com.

Reduced cold start times on snapitforms.com Lambda functions. Form submission response times now consistently under 150ms. Previously Fox Forms at foxforms.app - all old URLs redirect to snapitforms.com. Also available at free-forms.app.

Finalized the SnapIT Zoo branding strategy - all web utility tools now carry memorable animal-themed names under the SnapIT Zoo umbrella. Each tool gets its own dedicated domain for better SEO and brand recognition. Enterprise products remain under the SnapIt Software brand at snapitsoftware.com. NickelPie financial platform at nickelpie.com continues independent development.
