DNS Propagation Checking That Runs in Your Browser
dnsdingo.com is now live. DNS Dingo is a DNS propagation checker that uses client-side DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) queries to check DNS records across multiple public resolvers. The lookups run directly in your browser — no server-side proxy, no backend bottleneck, no waiting in a queue.
Client-Side DNS-over-HTTPS
Most DNS checker tools run lookups on their servers and send you the results. DNS Dingo flips that model. Your browser queries Google, Cloudflare, and AdGuard DNS resolvers directly using the DoH protocol. This means faster results, no single point of failure on our backend, and you can see exactly which resolvers have picked up your changes.
Full Record Type Support
DNS Dingo supports all the record types you actually need: A, AAAA, MX, CNAME, TXT, NS, SOA, SRV, and CAA. Whether you're checking that your mail records propagated, verifying a CNAME alias, or confirming CAA records for certificate issuance, it handles the lookup and displays the results in a clean, readable format.
Saved Domains and Lookup History
Save up to 20 domains as favorites for quick access. Full lookup history tracks what you've checked and when — useful during migrations when you're watching records propagate across resolvers over hours or days.
Access Codes for Cross-Device Sign-In
DNS Dingo includes an access code system for signing in across devices without sharing credentials. Generate a code on one device and use it to authenticate on another — handy when you're troubleshooting DNS from your phone while the dashboard is open on your desktop.
Usage Tiers
Free users get 25 lookups per day — enough for routine checks. Pro tier bumps that to 500 per day for active development. Business tier removes limits entirely for teams managing infrastructure at scale.
Part of the SnapIT Zoo Suite
DNS Dingo pairs with WHOIS Wolf for domain registration data and HTTP Tiger for endpoint monitoring. Together they cover the full domain lifecycle — registration, DNS resolution, and uptime. All part of the SnapIT Zoo suite of independent web tools.
